Return Policy

How do I return an item?

If you would like information about warranties and return information before purchase, please call us at: (877) 202-0357

If you are looking to return an item, please email us at with the following information:

  1. Customer Number
  2. Invoice Number
  3. Serial Number
  4. Reason for Return
  5. Action Requested: return, replace, repair, or credit
  6. Condition: factory-sealed or opened

Note: Please include all of the above information to expedite the returns process. If your request qualifies, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code that will be used for your return.

To receive credit for merchandise, all returns must be received in their original condition and packed in the carton as if from the manufacturer. This includes all foam padding or bubble wrap, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories, and/or other documentation included with the original shipment. Approval is contingent upon receipt of 100% complete items, among other things.

Absolutely no opened software or license keys are returnable.

If you purchased the wrong product by mistake, you must return the purchased product in its original box, and the box cannot have any signs of having been opened. Boxes cannot be returned with open seals, damage or other conditions that render the box as having been opened or tampered with.

Some items come with a Money Back Guarantee. VoIP DW is not responsible for returns of these items. Users should contact the manufacturer directly in these circumstances.

Any non-defective unopened item that is returned (wrong item, for example) has a minimum of a 5% restocking fee. The 5% fee is to cover credit card fees, processing, and order handling. Items that have been opened but are 100% complete are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning any item to VoIP DW. Items with a valid RMA code can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date. After this time, the item is considered acceptable by customer and cannot be returned.

Refurbished and open box or used items are not returnable unless proven defective.

Unless VoIP DW is contracted for installation or support services, VoIP DW will not assist in the installation or configuration of products under any circumstances. VoIP DW may provide firmware/software updates and manuals, subject to availability.
