The GXP2020EXT delivers additional functionality, versatility and flexibility to Grandstream’s GXP2020 and GXP2010 enterprise IP phone series. It is the ideal solution for offices that manage high call volumes or an office receptionist. By using the GXP2020EXT the telephone attendant can ensure maximum office productivity by efficiently monitoring and dispatching multiple incoming calls.

The Grandstream GXP2020 provides excellent voice clarity, a comprehensive set of advanced call features, multi-language support, security protection, automated provisioning, and broad compatibility with leading SIP platforms.
