Digium Switchvox AA355 SMB Appliance
Switchvox SMB is so much more than just an office phone system. It's a revolution in business communications, putting you in control of your most important asset in business, your voice. Switchvox is easily managed with the Switchboard, a unique web based, real-time call control panel that gives you the flexibility you need to keep your office connected.
The Switchvox® AA355 Appliance supports, by default, 10 users. Additional licensees can be purchased to support up to 400 users. This system support a maximum of 75 concurrent calls and allows for call recording of up to 20 concurrent calls and up to 30 simultaneous conference users. The annual renewal fees for Switchvox® subscription plans are as follows (pricing per user): Silver $11, Gold $17, Platinum $28.
Note: Every user extension on the system requires a valid subscription plan. This system includes 10 user silver subscriptions (allows for 10 users). Subscription plans allow for additional users, you can select more at the time of purchase or you can add more later. If you select to upgrade the subscription plan, it will upgrade all licenses selected to that plan at the time of purchase.
