• The phones include all the normal accessories, ship in Cisco boxes, and only have Cisco tape on the box stating they are refurbished. (Otherwise they look new)

Note: The Cisco CP-7940G= does not ship with an AC power adapter. The Cisco CP-7940G= is designed to be powered via PoE (Power over Ethernet). The Cisco AC power adapter CP-PWR-CUBE-3 is sold separately.

This Cisco CP-7940G is refurbished by Cisco and includes a 1-year 8 X 5 NBD (Next Business Day) SMARTnet contract. Customers must contact VoIP Discount Warehouse with phone serial numbers upon delivery with serial numbers for SMARTnet activation.

Cisco VoIP phones ship by default with the SCCP protocol. The SIP Protocol can be downloaded with the included SMARTnet. Cisco Global Spares do not include a Cisco Call Manager or Cisco Call Manager Express license.

The Cisco IP Phone 7940G, a key offering in the IP Phone portfolio, addresses the communication needs of a transaction type worker. It provides two programmable line and feature keys, plus a high quality speakerphone.

The Cisco IP Phone 7940G also has four dynamic soft keys that guide users through call features and functions. Built-in headset port and integrated Ethernet Switch are standard with the Cisco IP Phone 7940G. Also includes audio controls for full duplex speakerphone, handset and headset.

The Cisco IP Phone 7940G also features a large, pixel-based LCD display. The display provides features such as date and time, calling party name, calling party number, and digits dialed. The graphic capability of the display allows for the inclusion of such features as XML (Extensible Markup Language) and future features. The 7940G is multi-protocol capable (SCCP, SIP, MGCP).
