Do you ship to other countries?

Yes. VoIP DW does ship to several countries. To see if we ship to your country, simply add the items to the shopping cart and select your country from the drop down list. If your country is not listed, we do not ship to your country at this time.

How do I calculate International Shipping rates?

All International shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart. To calculate your international shipping charges simply add your items to the shopping cart and select your ship to information for a live shipping estimate.

Are customs and brokerage fees included in the shipping rates?

No. The customer is responsible for any brokerage GST disbursement fees, entry prep fees, customs GST fees, and any duty amounts prior to delivery. The website does not calculate these as part of the shipping cost.
